610A (single acting, dynamic/scraper)
Similar to 610D, but with the addition of a scraper lip, 610A is designed for scraping the pressure fluid away from the rod.
Advantages:
- The scraper lip ensures the separation of the pressure fluid from the outside environment
- Very high chemical resistance, compared to similar seals using rubber O-rings
- Long shelf life
- Resistant to wear and tear (slightly less than 610D)
Limitations:
- Operation pressure: Up to 60 MPa (600 bar)
- Velocity: 10 m/s
- Temperature: -70°C to 260°C
